SmartLink was appointed to design, supply, install and commission the complete ELV package for Marina Heights — a 42-storey residential tower in Dubai Marina. From a single accountable team we delivered surveillance, access control, fire & life safety, structured cabling, intercom and networking, coordinated with the main contractor and signed off to SIRA and Dubai Civil Defence. The result: a fully integrated building where security, safety and connectivity are managed from one control room — handed over on schedule and backed by an ongoing AMC.
